Any use of these trademarks, brand names, or logos without prior, express, written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4.2. Content

All content published on the Website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, project descriptions, layout, design, source code, and the overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of Martim Miguel Pinheiro Benedito or is used under licence, and is protected by Portuguese, European and international intellectual property law.
